- The agreements that follow are a work in progress.
- We are committed to a culture of antiracism, anti-ableism, anti-discrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, and intersectionality.
- Our collaborators center Neurodivergent and Learning Disabled humans.
- Our collaborators recognize no hierarchies between humans.
- Our work affirms embodied experiences first and foremost.
- Our practice de-centers conventional foundations of training, knowledge, and legacy.
- We insist on 100% consent and accessibility through all space and time.
- We name eugenics and eugenicists as we encounter them.
- We understand that requiring doctors notes or medical documentation for accommodations is abuse and discrimination.
- We understand that union rules are often inadequate in meeting the needs of Neurodivergent and Learning Disabled theatermakers.
- We maintain a zero tolerance policy for grammar, syntax, and spelling policing.
- All communication modes and durations are accepted, empowered, and equal.
- We encourage and celebrate stimming, and voluntary and/or involuntary vocalizing and/or physical movements.
- We enforce no lateness or absence policies.
- Anyone can take a break at any time.
- Anyone can nourish or hydrate themselves at any time.
- Anyone can use the restroom at any time.
- Timelines are fluid.
- Deadlines are self-determined.
- Line readings are an acceptable form of direction.
- Schedules reflect anticapitalist values.
- Any rehearsals will consist of 3 or more participants.
- Any person choosing to engage with us must demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of Neurodivergence and Learning Disability justice and culture.
- We work to learn and name what we don't know.
- We give grace to ourselves and each other as we all work to dismantle white supremacy as it manifests in ourselves, our art, and our practices.
- Collaboration never equals compromise.
- We linger long in the space of questions.
